Sara Bennett


Sara is a 200 hour Yoga Alliance RYT with an added 20 hour certification in Yin yoga. Sara has been teaching since 2021. She is in the process of continuing her yoga education with an additional 300 hour teacher training.

Stoyana Petkova


Stoyana is a 500-hour certified Hatha Yoga teacher, trained in Rishikesh, India. A former restaurant owner, she was drawn to yoga in search of a slower, more intentional way of living. Her teaching focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement, helping students build strength, stability, and flexibility while cultivating a deeper connection to themselves. She creates a welcoming space for all levels, encouraging exploration, presence, and growth—both on and off the mat..

Josh Kelly


is a Qigong, Tai chi and meditation instructor. He has completed the 200 hour Masters Apprentice as a medical Qigong instructor along with the 500 Hour Longevity Training in the Zen Wellness Master's Path Program and has earned his Silver Coin. Josh has been teaching for 5 years. Qigong and Tai chi are ancient Chinese moving meditation exercises based on the elements and cycles of nature to balance energy in the body, mind and spirit.

Dawn Skillin


Dawn holds a 200-hour yoga certification, specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, and is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. Currently, she's expanding her yoga knowledge, delving into various styles like Yin yoga. Her enthusiasm lies in spreading the wellness benefits of yoga to others.

Marcy Hagenbuch


Joyel Marie


Joyel Marie has been practicing yoga since 2000, starting with prenatal classes and deepening her practice over the years. She has attended annual retreats at Kripalu Center in Massachusetts since 2008. In early 2025, she completed both the 200- and 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs at Kripalu. Joyel is passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga and meditation through regular teaching. She also has a lifelong love of movement, with a background in dance and an active lifestyle.
